Spring (and books!) is in the air, and it’s time once again for the annual FOBBL Used Book Sale at the Beaches Branch Library! We could also use more volunteers to help out. More info on that at the bottom of the page.
Come and get great deals on gently used books and media and help support your local library. Each of our semiannual sales raises around $10,000, all of which is dedicated to the Beaches Branch library. It supports programs for both children and adults at the library.
Spring Book Sale Details
4/15: Preview Sale for Members Only* 4-7 PM

4/16 – 4/19: 10 -5 p.m.
4/19 – Fill a Bag Day! $12
Adult books: $2.00
Pocket paperbacks: $.50
Children’s paperbacks & board books: $.50

Volunteers Needed for Book Sale
We also need volunteers! We need volunteers to help staff the upcoming spring sale April 15-19. Due to the timing falling within Easter week, many shifts—especially on Friday and Saturday—are still available.
Even volunteering for a single two-hour shift would make a meaningful difference. Please message aarne@kaarene.com to coordinate dates and times.
