Looking for a new book without paying new book prices? The Friends of the Beaches Branch Library Fall Book Sale runs September 29 through October 3, 2026, at the Beaches Branch Library in Neptune Beach.
Browse gently used books for readers of all ages, along with DVDs, CDs, puzzles, and more. Most books are $2 or less. You’ll also find a “Better Books” section with individually priced titles.

Fall Book Sale Dates and Hours
- Tuesday, September 29, 4–7 p.m.: Members-only preview
- Wednesday, September 30, through Friday, October 2, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.: Open to everyone
- Saturday, October 3, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.: Open to everyone, with a $12 bag sale
The preview gives Friends members the first look at the collection and an opportunity to win a raffle basket. Want to attend? You can join or renew your membership online or at the door.
Saturday Is Bag Day
On October 3, buy a bag for $12 and fill it with books. The Friends will provide the bags, so you can come ready to browse.
Shop Books and Support Your Library
Every purchase helps support the Beaches Branch Library and its programs for children and adults. Since 2022, the Friends have donated $65,544 to the library, thanks to the community’s support.
